The scene
A regional summit brings delegates from across SADC into one room — and three or four languages with them. The speaker presents in English; a third of the room is following politely without following at all. Come the breakaway sessions, each room needs its own clean feed, and there's no time (or space) to build interpreter booths.
The challenge
